Notice of Legal Succession

HUDEX Energy Exchange Ltd. hereby informs its valued Partners that MAVIR Ltd., acting as the Company’s Sole Shareholder, has decided via Resolution No. 6/2026 (III. 31.) that the Company will merge into M-IT Services Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of MAVIR Ltd.), effective on June 30, 2026. Following the merger, M-IT Services Ltd. shall become the general legal successor of HUDEX Ltd.
Prior to this decision—and at the Company's request—the Central Bank of Hungary issued Resolution No. H-EN-III/129/2026, revoking the Company’s license to operate an exchange under Section 298 (1) a) of the Capital Market Act (Tpt.).
Contracts not affected by the cessation of activities shall remain in effect with unchanged terms following the legal succession. Our partners will receive direct notification on the administrative and billing information.
